Accommodations - Review and Confirm

Returning Students:

If you are a returning student with a permanent disability and have previously registered with our office, you can share your Letters of Accommodation with your instructors within 7 days of the course start date using the Accommodations button above.

Do you need to make changes?
No changes needed

Your request will be automatically approved, and your accommodation letters will be sent directly to your instructors.

Need to update your accommodations
Your Accessibility Consultant will contact you to begin the update process. A meeting is required before changes can be made.

If you prefer, you can book an appointment yourself using the Book an Appointment module.

Important Submission Dates

Please do not submit your accommodation requests before the dates listed below.

WINTER 2027

January 4, 2027

Once your accommodation request is approved:

  • Your instructor will receive an email with instructions on how to access your accommodation letter.
  • You can also download your own Letters of Accommodation at any time through this portal.
