Q. How can I view my upcoming appointments?
You can access a list of your future appointments by clicking the ‘Calendar’ button in the top menu within the Online Appointment Booking section of the Clockwork portal.
Q. How can I schedule an appointment?
Follow these steps to browse and book available appointment times:
- Click on ‘Schedule an appointment’ in the top menu.
- Select the type of appointment you would like to schedule (In Person or Virtual).
- Use the left and right arrows at the top of the calendar to browse available dates.
- Available time slots will appear as boxes on the calendar. If no timeslots are available that meet your needs please contact us instead to arrange a time.
- Click once on a time slot to select it.
- Follow the prompts to confirm and finalize your booking.
Q. Why can’t I book an intake appointment?
Accessibility Consultants schedule intake appointments based on the expected duration and individual support needs. For this reason, intake appointments cannot be booked through the online system. Once your consent form and any supporting documentation have been received, your Accessibility Consultant will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time.
Q. How can I cancel an appointment?
If you see a ‘Cancel’ link next to your appointment on the ‘Calendar’ tab, you can use it to cancel your appointment (with more than 24 hours’ notice).
If the ‘Cancel’ link is not visible, please:
