Online Appointment Booking

Important: The online booking portal is only for follow-up appointments.
Intake (first-time) appointments cannot be booked online. To schedule an intake appointment, please complete the registration form and wait for our office to contact you directly.

You can use this part of the Clockwork portal to:

• Book follow-up appointments with your Accessibility Consultant
• View your upcoming scheduled appointments
• Cancel or reschedule appointments

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through the portal up to 24 hours in advance. If you require changes within 24 hours, please contact us.
